Subject: Updates to TomsGoodFiles.com, letter #2

Hello health-seeking friends!

This is the 2nd letter I'm writing to inform of changes to TomsGoodFiles.com. (The first one is included below.) [Actually it's now here on the web. --TC]   This is going out to 94 people.

In recent days, I've created a feature that I feel could be extremely helpful to many. It's in the Practitioner page:
http://www.tomsgoodfiles.com/practitioners.htm

The links to practitioners' websites are the same as before, but merely lined up into columns. However, I've added a 3rd one: TESTIMONIES! I have no new information. But as most of you probably know, many QRA practitioners have testimonies of some of their patients. You were always able to click on the their site and fish around til you got to their Testimonials page, if they had one. But now you don't have to; I've done it all for us! I've added that 3rd column of "deep links" that take you to all those neat pages! I know of two personal cases where this will be very helpful. One can simply bop down the page and click each "Testimonies" button to read true stories of QRA at work! Neat, huh? No hunting around at the practitioner's site and either finally finding it or coming up empty if they don't have one. Now one can literally "race through them all" quickly!

SOOOO many people, who DO read the facts about QRA (often via the FAQ page), are NOT willing to schedule an exam, because they are fearful of trying something new and strange. "I want to hear from others who've gone before!" is their cry. Well, now they can easily do that!

I did have "--> Click here for a QRA Testimonial" links in the Best of HeatlhLine page. They are still there for now, but I'm not sure I'm going to keep them. This new feature today may eliminate the need. One problem at those spots in BOH is that many practitioners do not have what are called "ID tags" in web programming. These tags allow a link to be made directly to one spot on the page. This works great at my own doctor's site
http://www.drheise.com/testimonials.htm
Because his webmaster included ID tags, I can provide something like:
http://www.drheise.com/testimonials2.htm#Tom
which takes you directly to MY short testimony on the page. Neat, huh? And that's why I can put this in BOH under "Anxiety attacks". But other websites don't have those tags, so the user has to scroll and "hunt" for the subject; a pain. Plus many good testimonies don't lend themselves to categorization under a particular condition, so they get lost from BOH. But now they don't get lost at all, being at the Practitioner page. I love it!

I hope this logic makes sense. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

Oh, I've started adding non-practitioner testimony webpages at the bottom. No main link, just the "Testimonies" button for each one of them. Some good stuff! And if you learn of others, PLEASE let me know! (Maybe someday YOU will put up a webpage somewhere with your OWN QRA story.)

I spruced up the main QRA menu a bit, mainly making the top 4 items have bold titles. I had earlier thought that putting them at the top would emphasize their importance. But embolding the titles helps insure that, I think.

In a few days, I'll be posting my latest prayer newsletter I sent out last night to those on my personal list. That, as well as all prior letters in my "book" will be under "My Story":

That's all for now, friends. Thank you for your interest in TomsGoodFiles.com! As one local QRA guy says frequently, "Be WELL!"    :)

Sincerely,
Tom Cook
