These emails (or email chains) are like chapters in what has turned out to be a book! I estimate an average reader would take about 4 hours to read the entire "book" without clicking on any of the embedded links or downloads. Some are very short, while others are very long.
11/2009: I heard from a lady that I met recently who has two family members w/devastating chronic conditions, one who is but a teenager.
